The Wheel of Giving - open to everyone

Whether you're ready to donate now, already donate, or would like some time to think about it, you can still get involved by spinning the Wheel of Giving.

The Wheel of Giving is a free online prize promotion, open to everyone aged 18 and over. Spin the wheel for a chance to win prizes, and every spin gets an entry into the £1,000 prize draw! Spins available throughout February only.

Wheel of Giving - Terms and Conditions

Hands On Payroll Giving Ltd (HOPG)

1. Promotion Overview:

  • The Wheel of Giving promotion and £1,000 prize draw runs from 1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026, inclusive ("Promotion Period").
  • Participation is free and open to eligible individuals who complete a Wheel of Giving spin during the Promotion Period.
  • The promotion is run by Hands On Payroll Giving Ltd (HOPG).

2. Who Can Enter:

You are eligible to take part in the Wheel of Giving if you:

  • Are a UK resident aged 18 or over; and
  • Complete one valid online Wheel of Giving spin during the Promotion Period.
  • Employees of HOPG, its agents, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with HOPG or APGO members cannot enter.

3. How to Enter:

  • Access the online Wheel of Giving during the Promotion Period, enter your email address and complete your spin.
  • Spins are limited to one per person (not per email address).
  • Each valid spin gives you:
    • One entry into the £1,000 prize draw, and
    • One instant prize awarded by the Wheel of Giving.

4. Instant Prizes on the Wheel of Giving

The Wheel of Giving offers the chance to win one of the below prizes. Prizes are allocated at random. Some prizes may have a higher chance of being won than others:

  • 10 x £10 Amazon gift vouchers
  • 10 x £20 Amazon gift vouchers
  • 2 x £50 Amazon gift vouchers
  • 1x £100 Amazon gift voucher
  • Monthly donation matched
  • Monthly donation doubled
  • Additional entries into the £1,000 prize draw

Notes on prizes:

  • A total of 23 Amazon gift vouchers are available to be won.
  • All prizes are allocated randomly and are final.
  • All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Donation Matching Offer

Donation matching (where a donation is matched or doubles) applies only if you meet one of the following:

  • You submit a new regular Payroll Giving donation request to HOPG between 1st February and 28th February 2026, scheduled to start in the March or April 2026 payroll, or
  • You are already donating via Payroll Giving and a deduction is made from your salary in February 2026.

Details of matching:

  • "Monthly donation matched" means HOPG will donate the same amount as you donate to your nominated charity for either the first month of donating, or the amount in February, subject to the terms.
  • "Monthly donation doubles" means HOPG will donate the two times the amount you donate for either the first month of donating, or the amount in February to your nominated charity, subject to the terms.
  • Donations are only matched where the donation is processed with HOPG using the same email address as the one used to spin the Wheel of Giving.
  • Matching is limited to £50 per person in total, which may be split between different charities.
  • Only charities listed at www.handsonpayrollgiving.co.uk/charities qualify.
  • Matching depends on the availability of funds which is limited to £4,000 overall; once funds run out, no further matching will be applied.
  • Matched donations will be paid via the HMRC-regulated Payroll Giving Agency, Charitable Giving by 31 March 2026.
  • Donation matching has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be converted into another prize.
  • If you aren't eligible for donation matching and win a matched donation prize, no matching will be applied and no other prize or compensation will be provided.
  • HOPG reserves the right to withdraw or amend the donation-matching offer at any time.

6. £1,000 Prize Draw

  • All eligible Wheel of Giving spins receive at least one entry into the £1,000 prize draw.
  • Additional entries won on the Wheel of Giving will also be included.
  • The prize draw will be held after the Promotion Period ends.
  • The winner will be selected at random and contacted via the details supplied at the time of the spin.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, HOPG reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. Amazon Voucher Fulfilment

  • Amazon gift vouchers will be emailed to the address provided at the time of the Wheel of Giving spin.
  • Vouchers will be issued within 10 working days of the spin.
  • HOPG is not responsible for vouchers not received due to inaccurate or incomplete email contact details.
  • HOPG reserves the right to investigate misuse of the Wheel of Giving and withhold or invalidate prize wins if spins are found to be in breach of the terms and conditions of the promotion.

8. Fair Use & Fraud Prevention

  • Only one spin per person is permitted.
  • HOPG will monitor IP addresses and other data to prevent multiple entries.
  • Entries generated by bots, automated systems, or attempts to manipulate the promotion are invalid.
  • HOPG reserves the right to withhold prizes if the conduct is contrary to the spirit or reputation of the promotion.

9. How we use your data

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with HOPG's Privacy Policy.
  • Data is used to administer the promotion, fulfil prizes, and contact winners unless you have opted in for further communications.
  • Data supplied to enter the competition will not be shared or sold with Third Parties.

10. Other Important Terms

  • HOPG will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or a contest participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the winner accepting the prize.
  • HOPG reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
  • The prize(s) are automatically terminated should HOPG cease trading.
  • In the event of a suspected breach of these terms, HOPG may exclude participants or withhold prizes.
  • HOPG reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Contest where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • By entering, participants confirm they are eligible to claim the prize and agree to abide by all terms listed above.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
