The Brain Research Trust
The Brain Research Trust is the umbrella charity for research into conditions of the brain and nervous system. We promote and support vital research, with the help of our donors, into the causes, treatment, prevention and cure of neurological disorders. The Brain Research Trust funds basic and clinical research at the University College London’s world-renowned Institute of Neurology and since founded, we have given over £40 million to the Institute of Neurology to help finance their research programmes and PhD studentships.
There are more than 250 neurological conditions. With your support Brain Research Trust can continue investigating conditions including Alzheimer’s Disease, Brain Tumours, Multiple Sclerosis, Stoke, Parkinson’s Disease, Epilepsy, Motor Neurone Disease, Migraine, CJD, Brain Trauma and Spinal Cord Regeneration.
We do not receive any government funding and we rely on the generosity of our supporters to enable our life saving research to continue.
